Ballot Measure 3 is our chance to clean out Corrupt Bastards Club

I am proud to be an Alaskan. I am proud of the beauty that surrounds me every day, I am proud of the people I live near, and I am proud that Alaskas resources belong to the people.
What I am not proud of is the C.B.C. or Corrupt Bastards Club. I am not proud of the way our state lawmakers have acted in the past few years. I am not proud of the way the oil companies have bought out our politicians. It makes me sick to think that Alaskas soul has been auctioned to the highest bidder.
The Clean Election Initiative would put all Alaskans on an equal footing. It would free my representatives from the grip of big corporations and allow them to listen to me and my fellow citizens for a change.
Clean Elections would allow the politicians to focus on important issues rather than focusing on how they will fund the next campaign. They would never have to kiss up to big business again!
Please vote yes on Initiative 3 in the election on Aug. 26.
